15 May ~ While daddy is away, the girls will.....

Today Mark left this weekend for a fishing trip and left me with both of the kiddos for the first time. This morning, my new main man and I had a photo session with Tamara for hours... I just love getting to hang out with her and I already know I'll drool over the photos when she's done.

That afternoon Sailer and I headed to Target to stock up on some girl essentials b/c I decided this was the perfect night to have our first slumber party. This, of course, had to include lots of chocolate, junk food, good movies and new pjs!

We first made brownies together... and of course, that was a super fun mess!


And then, had to take a little mini bath after all of our snacks...
And what sumber party wouldn't be complete without a huge pallette, so we constructed ours right in front of the living room tv. I loved it because Sailer actually laid down with me and cuddled while we watched her new fave movie, Finding Nemo (aka "Memo") and then, the princess movies. What a big girl night we had together!!
