Well, this year we bought a brand new 12 foot tree b/c I wanted it to go in our new entry way, which is substantially taller than where we used to place our tree...not to mention, the old tree was a complete pain to put up and string with lights. So we put it together the day after Thanksgiving AND there it has stood. It looked like the Charlie Brown tree b/c it was completely bare. I was totally daunted by the sheer size of this thing, and I just couldn't bring myself to begin.
Anyway, today was D-day. Christmas is going to be here before you know it and I just had to get this thing decorated. So my little Santa baby and I tackled it today. Much to my dismay, Sailer loves to climb the ladder to the top and isn't a tad bit afraid. Let's just say that made the process a lot slower.... oh well, it's almost done! Will definitely post a picture later...

Hey! I actually got them at chi omega christmas from CJ Riley-but I had found them online ahead of time at Maverick in Fort Worth. :)
